a listed company over Taiwan Stock Exchange. Obtained UL certificate of

DNV certificate of Laminating Resin. Moving to new plant of Yeong An on

2003
: Obtained
ISO 9001:2000 certificate of L.R.Q.A. Signed
licensing agreement with Ashland Chemical Corp. (USA) to produce Aropol
isophthalic resins.
2004
: Commercializes
moisture cure coatings. Investment in P.J.Qualipoly Chemical Corp. located
in Guang Dong,China commences production. Obtained DNV certificate
of isophthalic and vinyl ester unsaturated polyester resins.
2005
: Commercializes
UV curable monomers and oligomers.
2006
: Acquired the
other 52% shares of PJ Qualipoly Chemical, becoming a 100% subsidiary
of Qualipoly Chemical (Taiwan), and renamed as Qualipoly Technology (Guangdong)
Corporation.
2007
: Signed
an exclusive agreement with IGM Resins Holdings BV to develop, to produce,
and to sell UV Curing products in the global markets.
