1978 : Registration of Qualipoly Chemical Corp. at Kaohsiung with paid-up capital NT$10,000,000.

1979 : Commenced production operations on what is considered the company inauguration date.

1983 : Licensing agreement granted by AB Syntes (Sweden) to produce Low Styrene Emission Polyester Resin.

1984 : Commence producing and marketing of Het Acid Polyester Resin with anti-corrosion and fire retardant properties.

1985 : Obtained certificate of approval from Nippon Kaiji by Korean Register of shipping for Laminating Resin.

1987 : Licensing agreement signed with Soab AB (Sweden) to produce Alkyd Resin and Amino Resin. Obtained certificate of approval from Lloyd’s Register for Laminating resin.  Licensing agreement signed with Ashland Chemical Co. (USA) to produce Unsaturated polyester Resins.

1988 : Obtained certificate of approval from Nippon Kaiji for Laminating Resin.

1990 : Obtained a sole distributorship for Schenectady Chemical (USA) Electrical Insulation Systems.

1992 : Licensing agreement granted by Ashland Chemical Co. (USA) to produce Foundry Resins.

1993 : Licensing agreement was granted by Becker (Sweden) to produce Oil Free Resins.

1995 : Granted Qualipoly Assurance Standard Certificate ISO 9002 (1994 Quality Management System by Lloyd’s Register).

1996 : Paid-up Capital increased to NT$196,000,000.

1998 : Start to draw up the blueprint of new building located in Yung-An Industrial Dist.

1999 : Paid-up Capital increased to NT$500,000,000.

2000 : Starting construction of new plant located in Yung-An, Kaohsiung.

2001 : Become a listed company over Taiwan Stock Exchange.  Obtained UL certificate of wrie enamel products.

2002 : Obtained DNV certificate of Laminating Resin. Moving to new plant of Yeong An on November.

2003 : Obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate of L.R.Q.A.  Signed licensing agreement with Ashland Chemical Corp. (USA) to produce Aropol isophthalic resins.

2004 : Commercializes moisture cure coatings.  Investment in P.J.Qualipoly Chemical Corp. located in Guang Dong,China commences production.  Obtained DNV certificate of  isophthalic and vinyl ester unsaturated polyester resins.

2005 : Commercializes UV curable monomers and oligomers.

2006 : Acquired the other 52% shares of PJ Qualipoly Chemical, becoming a 100% subsidiary of Qualipoly Chemical (Taiwan), and renamed as Qualipoly Technology (Guangdong) Corporation.

2007 : Signed an exclusive agreement with IGM Resins Holdings BV to develop, to produce, and to sell UV Curing products in the global markets.
